Visit and apply to all of the Electrical Contractors, present yourself professionally, and most importantly be persistent. Show that potential employer that you are serious about the trade and don't give up.
If you want to be an industrial electrician, I recommend speaking with different factories. You can walk in and ask whoever is working in reception if it's possible to do a job shadow. You can also email the factory's human resources or support department to inquire about shadow opportunities.
