Tasks & Responsibilities May Include

  • Divide patterns into sections according to shapes of castings to facilitate removal of patterns from molds.
  • Trim, smooth, and shape surfaces, and plane, shave, file, scrape, and sand models to attain specified shapes, using hand tools.
