A lot of my day to day, is meeting and talking with employers. And trying to help address their needs around their frontline workforce. And very common need today, is I have a lot of open positions. And so, what can I do around that? And talking about the things that Cincinnati works can offer and can bring to them, whether it's in the form of job candidates, job seekers, to be able to help fill those open roles. Or whether it's to help provide resources to keep the existing employees they have. The thing I like to tell employers is, the only thing that is worse than having a lot of job openings today, is having even more job openings tomorrow. And so, I try and help employers to see, don't take your eye off the ball the people that you have, because especially at this moment in time, they are as important as the people you are trying to recruit, if no more so. From there, I spend a lot of my day working on developing and evolving our programs, making sure that the employers that we are serving are getting a really high level of service. And that we're able to help them as best they can even in an environment where there are not a lot of job seekers. But again, how can we help support the employees that they already have, and continue to innovate with them, and partner with them.
