People think 'When I reach that, I'm gonna be done. I'm gonna be happy.' But in actuality, contentment is a discipline. Practice contentment. Enjoy where you're at. Because if you don't practice that now, when you get where you think you want to be, you're still not going to be content.

Milestones

My road in life has been direct.
After graduating from college-where he studied journalism-he realized he had no idea what he wanted to do.
He kind of floated around for a while: he was a waiter, he interned at a church, then he decided to give acting a try.
After studying in Virginia Beach for a while, he decided to take a leap and move to New York City.
His first acting gig was doing "Shakespeare in the Park...ing Lot," then he did a few commercials and small television bits.
He finally hit it big when he landed the role of Buster Bluth on the TV show, Arrested Development.
Even though he'd spent his life working towards getting a major role, when he finally got one, he realized he still wasn't satisfied.
He realized success has a tendency to make you greedy for more, but you can combat that by taking time to ground yourself and appreciate what you have.
His biggest piece of advice is "find a support system": says when the going gets tough, it's crucial to have peers that will lift you back up.
