My road in life has been direct.
Learned a lot about adaptability and mentorship as a child of divorced parents.
Worked for a professor in college that lead to a lot of insights about myself and opportunities.
Worked for two great companies who were/are known for the HR departments.
Found a growth company that fit my values, and allowed me to have a life outside of work.
Keep following my journey

Working with Others

Day to Day

Spending time with my team talking about their lives and work, and working with them to figure out better ways to support and serve the teams, leaders, and future leaders of our company. Developing programs and tools to build a great place for great talent, and to foster our culture of collaboration, innovation, excellence, and doing the right thing.

Advice for Getting Started

Here's the first step for college students

Look for opportunities on campus or via internships to do HR related work (e.g. recruiting, training or development programs, etc). Work with a professor who teaches HR related topics (e.g. Organizational Behavior). Work in teams as much as possible.
