First thing in the morning I get my team together and we go over our activities and goal for the day. During the day I observe my staff interacting with clients and make sure the client received the best experience. I also make sure that the staff has met our clients need. A great day is when a senior comes in who's never had a checking account and opens an account. The smile that's on their face when we show them how to use the account and the new technology.
