Sorry, the deadline for this year's RTN roadtrip applications has passed. We will be accepting applications for next year's RTN roadtrips from January 1st, 2008 until March 1st 2008.

Apply to hit the road in the green RV! Every year, we select three teams of three students to drive our green RVs across America, interviewing inspirational people along the way. Students are responsible for planning their route and booking their own interviews (at least 30!). They'll learn how to drive the RV and then hit the road for a month of cross-country exploration. A small film crew will tag along and document the experience, which will be featured on our PBS series in the Fall.

1. Each applicant must be a student at a university or college/junior college. Team members do not need to come from the same school.
2. Each applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
3. If your team is selected, each team member must sign Roadtrip Productions waivers and release agreements for the 2007 roadtrip.
4. Each applicant must be available for approximately 5 weeks this summer. The roadtrips begin the last week in June and end on the other side of the country the first week of August.
5. If selected, each team must be willing and able to schedule a minimum of 30 interviews with perspective leaders.
6. Each applicant is required to drive and live in a 36-foot, green RV for the duration of the roadtrip with their teammates and two Roadtrip Production Filmers.
7. Each applicant must be willing to share their experience with others on camera and in person.
8. Applicants with a criminal record are not eligible.

Once all the applications are received on March 1st, Roadtrip Productions will choose a select number of teams to advance to the second and final stage of the application process. The teams that make it past the first stage will be required to conduct one interview on their own, film it, and send it to Roadtrip Productions (We'll tell you what to do when the time comes). As we are a small staff, only those teams moving on to this second stage of the application will be contacted by Roadtrip Productions.

March 1 Stage 1 - Written Applications and Introductory Video must be received.
March 10 Teams advancing to the second round will be contacted.
March 31 Stage 2 - Application is due if your team advanced to the second stage.
April 10 The next generation of Roadtrip Nation will be announced!

• Your team of 3 completed and signed one written/typed application.
• Your team made an 11-minute Introductory Video.
• Your completed application package is labeled, signed, and sent to the below address for delivery on or before March 1st, 2006.

Please Note: Application materials will not be returned so if you would like to keep the tape, make a copy and send us the original. Limit one (1) application per team. Roadtrip Productions is not responsible for packages that are lost in transit. If you want to guarantee that your package has been received, please request signature or delivery confirmation from your shipper .
