BIOGRAPHY:
Eli Quinters was introduced to tattooing when he was an art student at the Pratt Institute in New York City. He began apprenticing during his sophomore year of college and began tattooing professionally during his junior year. Eli opened his own shop, Tattoos for the Unloved, in Brooklyn. He also paints.
