Pete Saari & Mike Olson are some of the early pioneers in snowboarding. Together, they built their first snowboards in 1977 and founded Mervin Manufacturing, a full in-house snowboard production company, soon after. Their skill and craftsmanship soon gained notoriety, with Mervin and its sister brands designing and building snowboards for Quicksilver/Roxy. Pete & Mike and their boards are known around the world for their attention to detail and artisanship – each board is designed, built, and shipped from their Washington state manufacturing site.
