Pam's Open Road
Pam Gaber found her passion in life when she drastically switched professions from pharmaceutical sales to founding a nonprofit organization. Pam quit her job, and began volunteering at a crisis nursery in Phoenix, Az., and adopted a dog. One day, Pam decided to bring her dog, Gabriel, to the nursery. She brought him to the nursery’s Christmas party, and dressed the poor dog up like a reindeer. The kids loved it. With the help of Gabriel, Pam has now made it her duty to help abused, neglected children find joy. Since that day, she has learned much from both animals and children.

Money and happiness.
Pam Gaber just showed that money isn\'t everything and that it can\'t buy happiness. People like Pam are very inspiring to me.
Change
I really lied this example because ususally when I think of bosses of large companies I think they are set and happy with their lives. It doesn\'t occur to me that they could have been wrong about their path for so long. But Pam\'s story showed that you can get the jolt to change your life at any time. This makes me think that there is really a certain path for everyone.
I think there's a beautiful message here about taking a look at what society deems successful and comparing it to what you know in your heart. To follow your heart and do what you think is right.
