Henry knew at an early age that he wanted to run something. He also knew that music would be a significant part of his life. Although he has an ideal job now, given his interests, he started off as an engineer at the General Motors Institute. Changing course, he left that position to attend Harvard Business School, an experience that prepared him for where he is today.
