After graduating from the University of Utah with theater degrees, Eric and Sandy Jensen took their love of theater and founded Salt Lake City’s Off Broadway Theatre, which produces plays, musicals and improv events. Sandy loved watching funny movies as a little girl, but didn’t grow up in a home where she could really let her true silly, outgoing personality shine through. That’s where my passion comes from, we bring laughter to people,” she says. Both Eric and Sandy agree, even after 15 years, that theater is their true passion.
